An important strength of Drew Associates is that its Consultants have generally held senior positions with public sector bodies or in business and possess a wealth of experience in planning and managing major projects. They are deeply experienced in advising on, and implementing, policy and organisational change. Since our Directors and key staff have extensive, high level contacts within the rural agriculture and food sectors we have access to some of the UK's foremost experts in a wide range of specialist agricultural disciplines. Our Associates have generally worked previously with our Directors and are therefore very well known to us. We do not normally need to trawl outside these Associates when seeking skilled and experienced staff for assignments. We have access to around two hundred experts covering most specialist disciplines within the agriculture, environmental and food sectors.
